Christine Limoges--Principal
I hold degrees in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education, as well as a Master’s in Elementary Education. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in various roles that have deepened my passion for education. I began as a classroom teacher, spending many years teaching both 1st and 4th grade. I later transitioned to an instructional coach role, supporting literacy and math initiatives, and eventually served at the district level as Director of Teaching and Learning.
Most recently, I’ve had the honor of serving as an assistant principal and stepped into the role of Special Education Supervisor—an area that was new to me but quickly became one of my greatest passions. That experience profoundly shaped my understanding of advocacy, communication, and the importance of strong partnerships with families.
What drives me most is supporting educators. I firmly believe that when staff feel valued, supported, and empowered, they can do their best work for students. My commitment is to be present, approachable, and responsive—whether that means removing barriers, celebrating successes, or simply being someone who listens and shows up when it matters most.
On a personal note, I’ve been married to my husband, Michael, for nearly 39 wonderful years. We’re the proud parents of two amazing sons, both married to equally incredible women. Our greatest joy comes from our five beautiful grandchildren, and we cherish every moment spent with them.
My personal mantra is: “I’m here for you.” It’s more than a phrase—it’s the foundation of how I lead. I am truly honored to be part of the East Street community.
